We want you to be completely satisfied with your Boden purchase, which is why we offer a generous 90-day return window for most items. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag and include the packing slip provided in your order.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized USPS or FedEx drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
